In general for several types of names that do not share namespace, MacOSX puts them into the same namespace.

For example, local variables names vs struct types.

Because of this, a bunch of test cases fails in
deqp/data/gles2/shaders/scoping.html
deqp/data/gles3/shaders/scoping.html

One way to work around this bug is to map all names and give them different prefix due to their different categories. For now let's put the affected cases into SkipList.
