Resolved - Our engineering team has mitigated the issue impacting Spaces in FRA1, and Container Registry, and App platform in all regions. Majority of users should no longer experience issues with these services. There may be some impact for a very small number of App Platform builds that should succeed on retrying the build. We will continue to investigate the minor impact with App platform builds further.
