Tapas and dishes that you can find on my tapas tour, always depending on the season, as they are cooked only with fresh seasonal produce: Esqueixada (codfish salad) , squid or octopus, artichoke, fried fish, Catalan sausage, Spanish cheeses, homemade chicken balls, squid balls, patatas bravas, L’escala anchovies, Txistorra (Basque red pepper sausage) , Pan con tomate (toasted bread with tomato puree) pan con Aioli ( toasted bread with garlic sauce), Padrón peppers, Iberic ham and selected charcuterie.
