Abstract: The global trend of pervasive 3D is affecting many verticals, and its impact on e-commerce is going to be massive. Accelerated by the pandemic, but also independent from it, the rapidly growing field of 3D Commerce has recently gained a lot of significance: Retailers have discovered that increases in conversion rate and a smaller number of returns can be achieved through the use of real-time 3D technology, including 3D on the Web and Augmented Reality.
