Business Integrity ensures trustworthy connections between people and businesses and the Human Review team helps fulfil that mission by building an ads & commerce human review system and providing best-in-class tools to IP rights holders. We’re looking for someone to manage the new Human Review ML team in Singapore that will help drive optimisations in our review workflows such as assisted review, ranking, delivery, intelligent multi review, and keyword highlighting.
Engineering Manager (ML) Responsibilities
  • Be both highly technical and an effective people manager
  • Communicate across functions and drive engineering initiatives
  • Participate in technical design
  • Hold your own in technical discussion, be a subject matter expert, and have strategic influence
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of software engineering work experience, including hands-on technical management
  • 5+ years coding in one of the following languages: Python, C++, Java
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit and manage technical teams, including performance management
  • BA/BS in Computer Science (In lieu of degree, 4+ years relevant work experience)
